Debruçou-se has taken part in the 2010 Bienal do Livro de São Paulo. The largest literary fair in Brazil ran from August 12-22 and the book was a success!

Elza Fernandes Torres’ new children’s book, Taty Precisa Encontrar Seus Pais was also promoted in the event.

As I was researching the historical figure of Zulmira Maria de Jesus for a novel I have been working on for a few years, I met, through Hildebrando Campestrini, president of the IHGMS, genealogist Élio Garcia Barbosa. Élio Garcia has given me precious information that I was missing on Zulmira and I, on the other hand, added to his book with the research I had already done. The book is being published with support from the Institute of History and Geography of Mato Grosso do Sul.

Corner is a piece about social exclusion and psychological isolation. Sitting on an inviting, rocking seat and faced with another reality, the viewer experiences for a few moments the world of someone who has lost her place in society.

Function: co-director of cinematography.

In this film, the artist registers her walk through Chicago, from the area north of the river to the industrial region in the south. Wearing a multi-purpose dress made of blankets that provides her with all her needs and even becomes a parachute, the artist interacts with passersby throughout her travels. This is an essay on segregation from the city of Chicago through the Indiana dunes.
